Refund policy

All items are handmade and made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can review and resolve the issue.

Please double check spelling and customization details before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
